How Our Quarterly Vendor Meetings Make Wedding Planning Easy

It is our goal to make the wedding planning process easy for you. That’s why our all inclusive wedding packages come with invitations to quarterly Vendor Meetings. We host these private Vendor Meetings four times a year for couples who have booked our venue with a signed contract. This gives you the opportunity to sample the tastes, looks, and sounds of your wedding and meet the best wedding vendors in Northeast Georgia.

During each meeting, you’ll meet the vendors and and wedding rental providers available to serve at your wedding. From viewing beautiful decor samples for the reception and ceremony spaces to tastings of baked goods, dinner choices, and appetizer options, you’ll truly see what it means to have a wedding at The Chair Factory!

Importantly, you’ll also meet our wedding coordinators! The value of a day of coordinator is priceless because she will be working with you to help ease the planning process. From booking her service to the day of your wedding, she’s ready to make the process easy and answer all your questions. 

Beyond the vendors included in our packages, we also host additional vendors available for booking including invitation designers, off-site accommodations, formal plating companies, and hair and make-up artists. These talented people will go above and beyond to create the wedding you’re dreaming of!
